Unless you are running 100+ miles a week, running/exercising should not interfere with your fertility. The only time it would be is if you are no longer menstruating because of too much exercise or too low body fat.
No. I've actually upped the ante of my excercising since beginning to TTC. It keeps me sane and healthy amidst the rollercoaster of TTC, all of which are good things.

I haven't cut back, and I didn't when ttc my two LOs.
?I think I have found a correlation between running a long distance and delaying O, but only if it is over 20 miles a week, and only if it is during the week I O. ?So running that much during AF, or during my LP has no affect on O. ?And by delaying, I mean 2 or 3 days later than I usually O. ?I do not know if this true, its just a hypothesis based on my?ovulation?charts and exercise charts.

I don't run much (maybe 10 miles a week) and haven't made any changes. I also do yoga and continued that once or twice a week too. I agree with the PP... I need the exercise to keep me sane!
