Yesterday was better for me than the weekend although I did go over by a few points because we had a birthday dinner for SIL.
Breakfast: English muffin with jelly, applesauce, juice (3.5 points)
Lunch: Subway chicken teriyaki salad, Baked Lays, 100 calorie pack (8 points)
Dinner: Chicken, Macaroni and cheese, green beans, brownie (12.5 points)
Total: 24 points (Over by 4 points)
30 minute workout = 1 Activity point
