How often do you check your CM, internally? I can usually spot it on the TP, but I want to be a little more consistent with it on the days it's not EWCM or watery. I'm just wondering if I should check it maybe in the morning and after work or if I should be checking it every time I go to the bathroom. TIA!
Re: CM Question
Twice a day. First in the morning, in the shower. Second, around mid-afternoon/early evening. I havent come across anything fertile yet so I am not sure its even worth checking twice a day.

I'm eager to see what others do, as well. i started being more diligent about checking CM this cycle and I pretty much check every time I go to the bathroom. If i actually O, i would imagine I would only check once a day after O is confirmed though.
I check almost everything I go to the bathroom. Just remember if you check more than once a day, record your most fertile CM.

I only check internally if I can't see whats on the TP. Even if it's not ewcm or watery I usually swipe the TP before using the restroom to see.
If there is nothing on the TP I might check it internally but I have those trashy acrylic nails so I avoid goin in as much as possible
