Swing Fail

DS is sick and we've put him to sleep in his swing a couple of times in the last week to keep him propped up.  We won't be doing this anymore!

The swing was right next to my side of the bed and we had it on low all night.  I wake up this morning to a clicking sound that sounds like the batteries are going to die.  Makes sense, it was on all night.

Then I look over...and his head is hanging off the side of the swing!  I think he was trying to turn sideways but couldn't get very far because he was buckled in!!  He wasn't even bothered by it.  He was just chilling while resting his neck on the side of the swing letting his head dangle.

I said sh** really loud as soon as I saw him, which was kinda hilarious because DH jumped out of bed and went running over.  Then we just laughed because he seemed comfortable and was just looking at us like, "what's up?"

Re: Swing Fail

  • Thats too funny!  I think sometimes when my babies look like they are in a really uncomfortable position I just want to striaghten them out but then I remember that their bones and everything else are a lot more flexable than ours.
