Successful shopping trip & Jackson is adorable

So we went to the outlets today to get some plain white onesies at Carter's and a few other things, and they had opened a Naartjie there.

Jackson wanted to get something for his "baby sister" and he picked this out:

The color looks off in the pictures, but IRL the dark pink on the hat matches the dress/onesie.

He was so cute - he even wanted to pay for it.  Then he told everyone in the store (workers and customers) that he was having a baby sister and getting her a beautiful dress (beautiful is his fave adjective).

  • So sweet!
  • What a sweetheart!  He clearly did not get the engineer's shopping gene. Smile

No, not at ALL!  He is so my little mini-me.  On top of that, he paid (handed them my credit card and "helped" me sign) and then he said, "can I pay again??"  The workers were dying.  I was like, do not let your father hear you say that, haha!

Whoever marries him will be a lucky lady, I think - he'll be happy to buy gifts for her!  And he is seriously melting my heart these days with his love for his baby sister.

  • Jackson has great taste!  (I wonder where that came from)  Somehow I don't think that today will be his last shopping trip for his little sister.  Too cute!
  • How adorable on both accounts!

  • hehe, thanks, happ!

MH is the only one who is unexcited by this news, I think.  :)  He's terrified for the teenage years and his budget.  He also has a wedding savings account, now.

  • Um, that's awesome!  Benjamin has been a BIG fan of adjectives lately; beeeeyoutiful being at the top of the list.  Good job, JBird!
  • How sweet! What a great big brother he's going to be. We were at Babies R Us the other night getting my sisters baby shower gift and Paul said "I don't want to get stuff for my baby cousin, I want to get stuff for my baby brother" (We don't know what we're having)
  • That is so cute!
