Come in if you have the Graco My Ride 65

We are going to be buying Aubrey's convertible car seat in the next few weeks because she is 2 inches away from being past the height limit.  We have to buy two.  I have decided definitely on the Evenflo Symphony 65 for my car.  I am trying to decide if I want a second one of these, or if I should get the Graco My Ride 65 for Wes' car.  If you have it, do you like it?  I also should say this will be for a 2007 Honda Accord...so size wise will we be okay?

I have a consumer reports subscription, and I really base a lot of my decisions on their ratings.  The Evenflo Triumph Advance LX/DLX gets higher ratings than the MyRide, and it is cheaper.

The Evenflo Symphony gets lower ratings than both of those, and has lower weight-restrictions.

What exactly do you mean?  I'm a bit confused.  The Symphony 65 goes up to 35lbs rear facing, 65lbs with the 5 point harness, and up to 100lbs with the booster.  Am I missing something?

I'll check the Triumph out.

Hmmm...on consumer reports it has the symphony listed under the category labeled "40 lb. forward-facing harness capacity"  and the others are listed under the category "greater than 40 lb forward-facing harness."  Maybe it's requirements have changed since this report.

It's not two different car seats is it?  Like a Symphony and a Symphony 65?  That is weird.

I just got the Symphony65 this weekend for Jake. He seems to love it. We only got one for the time being. That said it fits just fine in my 1997 Honda. I looked at the Graco my ride but picked the Evenflo because it seemed like it would accomodate a taller child plus it becomes a booster seat. I didn't like the nobs to tighten the belts on the triumph advance. They were pretty difficult to do with one hand  imo
