Ovulation aches in back?

Anyone get aches on one side (my right currently) in the front sort of low where ovulation pains should be I assume, but also in my mid back on the same side? Or do you think they're unrelated and I just slept wrong. Haha?

    I had horrible back pain around O this cycle.

    2 years, 2 surgeries, 2 clomid fails, 2 IUIs, 1 loss, IVF #1 - 10/25/10 = BFP!, DS is now 3.5yrs!
    TTC #2 - 6/12 surgery #3, FET #1 & 1.2 = BFN, 12/2012 FET #2 = BFP! DD is 1.5 yrs!
    Surprise! 12/16/14 BFP, loss #2 12/31/14

    I can't wait for the "im getting a divorce" post in 5 years or so because your husbands were fed up with your disgusting chair asses from playing on the knot all day and getting fired 4-5 times for not doing any work. you guys are all winners!! ~ Laur929

    My O pain is dull aching in lower abdomen concentrated on one side sometimes with a sharp jab thrown in for fun. It's never been in my mid back.

    I have struggles with kidney stones and they always twinge badly in one side of my back or the other :P sometimes accompanied with front side pain. OW. Hope you are gearing for an O not a stone !

    EDIT: I'm probably a minority with the stones though thank goodness :) Embrace the O pain!

    back in the days I used to O I would get mild cramps in my lower back when I O'd on whatever side. My sister feels it the same way I do.

    Around O my lower back will get sore.  The same as it does during AF.

    My back has been hurting for the past 3 or 4 days. I keep thinking I slept wrong too, but it could be related to ovulation, since I am 3 days past. Hope you feel better!

    DH= low motility
    2/9/11 lap & hysteroscopy- uterine polyp & scar tissue removed
    3/25/11 IUI#1= BFP m/c; D&C at 7w3d (Trisomy 16)
    IUIs #2, #3, #4 and #5= BFNs
    Onto IVF #1= BFN
    FET 4/6/12= 2 extended blasts transferred, with one hatching
    Beta 1= 607; Beta 2= 1,564; Beta 3= 24,439; Beta 4= over 64,000
    First u/s on 5/10= TWINS! Heartbeats 158 and 160!
    It's a boy and a girl!

    I noticed today that my back lower back is killing me.  It was like that yesterday as well and I haven't lifted weights in a week.  I assumed it's O-pain....
