FF CH in relation to + OPK

So I've been really bad at temping this month.  I was out of town (in Vegas) for the first half and then got back, temped for a few days, and messed up over the weekend. 

I got my first OPK (EVER) on Sunday and one more today.  My question is, will FF only give me cross hairs if my temps go up from here (I've promised myself to be diligent this week)?  My understanding is that a + OPK doesn't necessarily mean I ovulated (or does it).  And if it does mean that I ovulated or am going to, when can I "assume" I did?

Actually having ovulated is causing me some confusion.  And I'm sure this is a very flame-worthy post but hopefully someone can help...Indifferent

    Since you have so many missing temps I would just change the detection method to "OPK".  FF will give you CH's after you last + OPK.

    JC - Yikes on all the + OPK's!  That would drive me crazy....  Thanks for sharing your chart though.

    Rebelina - Thanks for the advice.  I considered that yesterday but wasn't sure if I wanted to do that.  Just changed it though.  Temping was a mess this month....

    FF will give CH when you have a sustained rise for 3 days, not before reguardless of the +opk. This is when your detection method is set to advanced.

    It will take the +opk into consideration when pinpointing the day. If your temps and the +opk do not coincide you probably won't get CH.

    Since you have so many missing temps, if you change the method of detection to OPK you will probably get the CH's
