A laundry question

You know how they tell you not to use dryer sheets on babies clothes because of the flame retardant issue?  So when can you start using dryer sheets on their clothes?

    I guess I missed that part when Lyla was a baby. I have always used dryer sheets. Ooops!! I just used the fragrant free ones when she was little.

    Lol I am going off the advice of a friend of mine, but both she and I could be wrong...I might could have been using them the whole time!

    I use scent free fabric softener... in my demented mind, if my kid is on fire, it's not going to make difference if the clothes are flame retardant or not.
