I'm pretty sure I have bruised nips from pumping. (I EP) I bought bigger shields thinking that would help but I still have bruises. Any suggestions?

Try lubricating the shields and your nipples with olive oil before pumping.

I do this, but use lanolin So far..nips aren't bruised!

Make sure the compression strength is not too high.  You shouldn't feel discomfort while you are pumping.  If you are feeling pain, try turning the setting down low.
