Another silly "When Would You Test" question

I've wasted so many tests the last several months (this is the first cycle charting though) so I really planned to wait until AF is truly "late" BUT....

Going out of town next week for Memorial Day. To put it lightly, there will be large amounts of alcohol served and more than likely I'll have a few.

So, would you test Thursday morning (I think 12 DPO) and possibly face BFN or skip it and enjoy the weekend?

By the time I get back (Tuesday), AF should either show or at least it would be a more reasonable time to test.

I'm in the same boat as you!  Family beach weekend for us.  I think I might test even though it's going to be early. Then bring another couple HPT with me and test throughout the weekend.

Regardless of whether you get a BFN or don't test at all, you're not going to be able to kick back and "enjoy" the weekend when there's a chance you might still be pregnant.  So just go easy ... have a couple, then call it a day.  Drink slowly.  Alternate between alcoholic beverages and water.  Make sure you eat something.

Otherwise, go ahead and imbibe.  Nothing bad will happen.  Seriously.  There's no need to stress about 12 dpo.

I would definitely test before going.  It would just weigh on my mind too much if I didn't and I wouldn't be able to fully enjoy myself!
