I like to constantly snack throughout the day instead of big meals so I don't feel gross eating so much at once. I eat a lot of dried fruit, nuts, oatmeal, granola bars, etc.
I have two peanut butter and jam sandwiches on toasted whole wheat bread for breakfast every day. If I eat a normal breakfast, I get hungry and tired. Then I start losing weight again.
I eat *normal* meals for lunch and dinner. Also, I keep granola bars and dried fruit in my office to nibble on in case I get hungry.

I'm a snacker too. In addition to what was mentioned above I like chips and salsa, cashews, fig newtons, veggies and hummus. If I could eat dairy I'd also be having laughing cow cheese with wheat thins, string cheese, and yogurt. I LOVE dairy as a snack. <sigh>
For breakfast: I always have cereal, lunch: usually a sandwich with fruit and veggies or leftovers, dinner: alternate between chicken, beef, pork and seafood as the main protein. I like menu planning and cooking, so dinner's where I try to get creative.
