NBR: Question

Do you think 5 pounds of pulled pork will feed 14 people?  Everyone should probably eat 1 sandwich plus beans & potato salad...........birthday cake for dessert.  Please tell me this should be enough.  Thanks!

I think it would be enough.  I got a pound of barbecue last night and fed 3 people with plenty of leftovers.  The only problem would be if you had people who piled on the meat, but you could always make the sandwiches ahead of time so that your guests don't over do it on the meat.

I'd say yes.  maybe add some watermelon and/or corn on the cob as well?
