Temps

This is my first month temping, so I have nothing to base this off of, but my temps recently are either exactly or just about the same.  I have a brand new BBT so it's not that it's old.  Any clue as to what is causing this?  Is it bad?  FF only said to check your BBT battery or get a new one.

 

In advance I apologize this will be a post and run.  I have to go to work and don't have time to Bump from there.  I will be checking this right after work though so I would still appreciate your input!  Thanks ladies!

I'm a newb, too, but I've noticed that a lot of my temps are right on 98.

I'm experiencing the same thing and also new to temping. I was going to post a similar question about this. I'm interested to see what comes up. I think it is more of a concern if you cannot see a shift in temps after ovulation. Or the biphasic pattern.

I am also new to this board and charting, but I have read similar posts, and some ladies say to check your temp mid-day just to make sure the thermometer is working, and that many people just tend to have really similar temps every morning. Hope this helps, and anyone feel free to correct me if I am wrong. Happy Friday!

Some BBT have favorite temps - some brands are notorious for this.

I have a CVS BBT and haven't had a problem with this.

It is very possible your temps aren't varying much. Give it a few more days and see what happens.

I'm having the same problem.  The only time it's shifted is when we've had sex the night before.

I have had the same temp the previous three days...of course I forgot to take it this morning before I got up, and it's CD 13 for me...

The Walgreen pink is notorious for favorite temps. I have a lot that are the same and my surge is caught every month.
