I do not normally share recipes on here but OMG this was better than good.
One chicken cut up into picess
Four Cups Buttermilk
One Garlic Clove
One teaspoon fresh basil
Cut up chicken and soak in four cups of buttermilk, garlic clove and fresh basil for at least four hours, turning occasionally or cover one.
Cook on direct heat with skin side down for all pieces for ten minutes (have back burners off on the grill front burners on high or medium high
after ten minutes move chicken pieces to indirect heat (back of grill) Leave front burners on medium have back burners off or on low.
cook till chicken temperature reaches 165 degrees. (about 20 minutes total)
