It started around the same time as Harrison was born, so I'm not sure if it's just a 3 year old thing or because of the baby or both, but....
P has become a major "Drama King". He cries at the drop of a hat. We were in a dealership today and they gave him a bag of toys to play with. Well, there was a tiny Spiderman car in there and he asked me if he could take it home. Of course, I said no that it belonged to the store and he started crying like he had lost his best friend. The salesman felt sorry for him and told him he could take it (although, I don't agree and feel that he is only going to learn that crying like that is going to get his way), but whatever.
Another example: we were weeding today and I found a toad. He thought it was so cool and was playing with it for a while. It came time for him to take a nap and he wanted it to go it to go in the shade, so I put it there. When he got up from his nap, I explained to him that the toad needed to go home to his mom and dad. He was soo sad and sais that he missed the toad and started bawling.
It's ridiculous. He has always been a caring, sensitive little boy, but this is way overboard.
