Besides BG and Thirsties are there any other good AIOs? I know each baby is different in size but DD was 2 weeks late and only weighed 6.5 lbs and she had to wear preemie sposies for 2 months, so I'm looking for small trim AIOs, and a few really good fitteds. TIA!

I really like the BG Bamboo fitteds, they've been discontinued now but you can find them used. C came home at under 6.5 lbs and we started using them within a couple weeks.  KL0's made the bulk of our fitted stash and started using those initially.

We love our Sposoeasy AIOs from Blue Penguin for our NB.  My LO was 6.5 lbs, and they fit her nicely -- very trim, and we haven't had any problems with them.

We have two Sposoeasy AIOs this time around.  Obviously I can't comment on how they work, but they look well made.  I think the Swaddlebees S AIOs are supposed to start to fit at 6lbs, and we liked their larger sizes a lot.
