really bummed

DH and I are celebrating our 5 year anniversary in July.  We have planned on going to the shore for like 6 months now.  SIL's aunt in law has a condo that she is renting to us for $100 a night.  DH just called and told me that his dept is not granting any leave for 2 weeks in July becuase of training...and one of those weeks is when we planned on going to the shore!  I doubt the woman has any other weeks we can go since its practically beach season

    Awww so sry to hear....$100 a nite sounds like an average rate for a decent hotel...anything else avail on the same shore?
