working out with baby

I had heard of baby bootcamp, but it seems like that doesn't exist in philadelphia anymore.... anyone know of any great baby and mom classes in and around the philadelphia area?

onefitmama.com is fun - I only took one class so far but liked it.

I took an awesome post-natal class at The Lithe Method www.lithemethod.com at 17th & Latimer.  They had mother's helpers that were with the kids in a room right next to the workout room

That's too bad that baby boot camp isn't around anymore - I loved that when I just had DS

I checked out www.lithemethod.com. I have to admit, I'm kind of intimidated.  Also, are certain classes postnatal or was that a special occurrence?  It looks pretty awesome.
