What are the best liners/inserts IYO?

I really like the new Flip ones, but I would love to hear your recommendations.

ETA: I am looking for inserts for absorbency. whoops.

    By liners do you mean liners to protect the diapers or catch poop or absorbent inserts and are you talking about disposable or reusable?
