I have been counting calories and eating really well (using spark people) plus working out for the last three weeks. I wasn't working out at all before and I've made some major changes in what I'm eating.
I haven't lost a single pound. Not one. WTH? Just based on calorie intake alone, it doesn't make any sense.
Re: this stinks.
Just because you haven't lost a pound doesn't mean you aren't making positive improvements to your health. Don't let the scale be your sole judge. Consider your temperment, your energy level, stuff like that too.
Push the water, keep eating breakfast, nice healthy snacks and meals and don't give up.
