I really want to try the chocolate eclair cake in your blog for a get together this weekend. It's at the lake and it would have to sit outside on a table (no refrigerator). Will it melt, or do you think it would hold up okay?
If you keep it refrigerated until the last minute (or in a cooler) and try to sit it in the shade, it should be okay. If it's in direct sun for a while, it probably will melt though. Do you have one of those freezer packs? Maybe you could sit it on top of one??? I hope you like it! It's one of our favorites and is so easy to make! It's even better the next day too!
