Breast tenderness?

Hello.  I have a quick question for those of you in your first trimester.  I have been TTC for the last five months and have been off the pill for the same amount of time.  While I do normally experience cramping around ovulation as well as before AF, I have never experienced breast tenderness.  This cycle, my breasts have felt tender for the last 3 or so days.  I believe I am at 3-4dpo today.  I know it's WAY too early to know if I am pregnant, but I am just wondering if any of you experienced breast tenderness this early when you were pregnant?  And if so, did you always experience breast tenderness in the first few days following ovulation on non-pregnant cycles or was this a symptom that began only when you were pregnant?

My breasts were more tender than normal the cycle I got my BFP.  I didn't feel it until I was supposed to get AF though.

Implantation hasn't occurred yet, so any breast tenderness you are feeling is not pregnancy related. GL.

Ditto above. You're not pregnant right now. I had sore boobs around the time of ovulation regularly before I got PG.

Thanks.  It's just wierd to be experiencing it because I haven't in the past.  It kind of caught me by surprise.

Sometimes I have breast tenderness right after ovulation and other times I don't. My pregnant boobs didnt start hurting until after my + hpt and they hurt BAD.

After being on the pill for over 15 years, the breast tenderness was very new to me as well around ovulation and around the time of AF. You become way more in-tune with your body. My boobs hurt more than usual the month I got my bfp! Good luck!

Thanks.  I had also been on the pill for 10+ years so maybe it's just something that's happening now that I've been off for a few months.  Although I can't help but keep my fingers crossed that maybe it means this is my month, too, although I know it's very early!
