Need labor dust

I have been having contractions for a week and nothing. I am so uncomfortable I could just lay down and never get up. Every time I go for a walk, I can hardly move afterwards. I have tried so many old wives tales and nothing is working.

I was told by so many doctors that I would never make it to this point, so I really thought I would be done.

Any labor dust would be awesome.
