Hello everyone! My name is Nanette( I usually go by Nani) and I am 5 weeks pregnant. I'm bursting to tell everyone, so am erring on the side of caution but figured this would be a good place to share the news. I have my next OB appt on Friday the 28th and am hoping to see the heart.
