Wanted to introduce myself and have a question.  I am 10 weeks pregnant, and I found out really early at 3 weeks. From 5 weeks on I had twinges and some cramping......I did have two episodes of spotting which has gone away for a few weeks now. I am today having really bad twinges higher up in ut......no spotting. Everything I read says its normal but of course im nervous. I had an u/s on friday and baby had a great heartbeat. Any others out there going thru this right now? This is my first and prob only pregnancy, and this is my miracle baby....thanks so much~
