Can you take 2 Flintstones vitamins in place of a prenatle vitamin?

Prenatal vitamins make me sick. I love the taste of flinstone vitamins though and hope they do the trick.

I've  heard of that happening but it's always been by doctors approval.  You should ask your doctor about it first.

As long as your doctor ok's it. Mine suggested it because the prenatals made me sick to my stomach

Yes. My OB suggested it if I got nauseous from the prenatals.

I found that taking the prenatals at night with dinner and milk seemed to help.

That's what I took last pregnancy and this one. FWIW the Little Critter's brand Gummi Vites have more Folic Acid then the Flinstones.

My OB said it was fine. I take the gummy bear vitamins (4 a day)...

I was out of town and forgot my prenatal rx and I called Dr. They said 2 flinstones

My dr. said it's absolutely fine, and is what I am doing. She did say that I should take in the morning and one in the evening, and not to take them at the same time.

I have a really hard time swallowing the prenatals and I actually found chewable prenatal vitamins at Target.  They are gummie and taste really good, almost like candy.

REALLY?!  I have always hated taking pills and PNV are not going down easy.  I will have to look into these.
