It's most likely fine. Unless the dressing had raw egg in it (and most caesars these days don't), there is zero reason to worry. Even if it did have raw egg, there is a very slight chance that the egg carried salmonella.
I never knew there was raw egg in some caesar dressings. I think I found out from a friend around 28 weeks pregnant and was eating caesar salads everywhere the whole pregnancy. I mentioned it to my OB wondering why this was not included on the "do not eat" list and he said it is not that common and you should only avoid home made or fancy restaurant made dressings.
I think the only Caesars you need to worry about are the ones made table-side with raw eggs. You could also ask the waiter if the eggs are pasteurized.
