I have only felt mild nausea after eating until today. I keep burping up my lunch that I ate 6 hours ago and the thought of food makes me hot and sweaty. The problem is that my husband's father is visiting and we are all going out to eat in a few hours. We still haven't told family yet and I am afraid that I might get sick at dinner. I don't know if it's psychosomatic and I am really ok or if I am really going to be sick. I have considered making myself throw up before we go just in case that would help, you know, in case lunch is just sitting there being mean to me. I have also considered saying that my sinues are giving me a headache and staying home, but that just seems ungracious.
Re: No No No No No!
Actually throwing up might make you feel better. I know it sound gross but I have a very easy gag reflex and when I was feeling very queasy I would just kind of gag a little and it would come out (TMI I know). But once I could get it out, I felt way better.
Just my little 2cents.
It's a GIRL!
Throwing up pregnant is different than throwing up drunk or sick
You feel So much better after pregnant throw up. I always eat about an hour after barfing.
I'd go- just eat light and blame a headache or a HUGE catered lunch at work earlier
Well, I had tried, but nothing happened. I took a bath. Didn't help. We got to the restaurant. I ordered a steak. I suddenly felt better.
That was an awesome steak.
I don't normally eat steak.
