Does anyone feel 'normal'?

HI all,

I am in my ninth week of pregnancy, and seriously feel normal.   I guess I shouldn't say normal, becuase my sense of smell and taste are def. changing, and the boobs are FINALLY getting larger.  :)  My mom was the same way with all three of her pregnancies.  It is almost hard to believe you are pregnant when you don't have many symptoms.  I did go through a few weeks were I was very tired.  We have already been to the doctor twice and had an ultrasound so I know there is a bun in the oven... :)   But just wanted to see if anyone else is feeling this way too.

 Have a great weekend!!!!

  • I should also add that I did have the bloating as well.. HORRIBLE, but that has seem to not be as bad either.

  • I feel very normal....except for bloating and fatigue.
  • Me!  If it wasn't for  a missed period I wouldn't even know I was pregnant

  • Me. I'm tired regardless (have 2 lo's already) so I'm just feeling about the same. I never get m/s either (thankfully).
  • I think people are disappointed when I tell them I feel great!  Sure, things are changing, but - hello - I'm growing a person!

  • I am not very far along but I only feel nauseous if I don't eat. Other than being hungry all the time, I would have chalked all my other symptoms up to PMS. The bloat and sore boobs are nothing worse than normal PMS, and as long as I eat several small meals I don't get that sick (hoping it stays that way).

  • I've barely had any symptoms at all.  I used to think about it from time-to-time and wonder if things were okay, especially since I won't have my first doctor appointment until I am 12 weeks.  However, now I'm just grateful for this "gift" of little to no symptoms.

  • thats awesome!  I wish I felt normal some days :)  The fatigue is by far the worst part so far, there are days on my way home from work that I dread driving because I can't even keep my eyes open.... then I get home and just want to go to sleep.
  • I am so jealous of you! Count your blessings. I am miserable every second of the day and cannot wait until this baby comes out and I feel normal again. Hope you continue to feel so good thorught out your pregnancy! Smile

  • Thank you all!   It's good to hear.  It kind of makes you second guess if you are pregnant or not when you don't have many of the ?symptoms.? :)  Good luck to all of you with your pregnancies!
