how much do you pump in a day?

i pump 3 times a day and have recently been barely getting 9 oz! which definitely wont cut it. DD needs at least 14 for daycare....

Does she STTN?  If so, try pumping before bed to get your extra oz.  I've never had a problem responding to the pump.  When I EPed I would get like 50oz a day.

I usually get about 20 oz a day in 3 pumping sessions (about 10 oz in the first, and 5 oz in each of the last 2).

I get between 15-20 in 2 pumping sessions at work.

I pump one side in the morning and get 4 oz (DS nurses from the other side). I nurse him before dropping him off, then pump another 4 oz while at work. I nurse again when I pick him up and pump another 2 or 3 oz after he's done. I try to pump once or twice more before bed and get another 4-6 oz. So, somewhere between 14-17 oz a day, but he only drinks 8 oz while I'm gone (I only work a half day).

I get about 15oz in 3 pump sessions at work - I also pump after the morning feeding and get about 6+oz - you could try to start that?  I have a hands free bra and just do my hair/makeup while I'm pumping.

I personally don't get much when I try to pump at night after she goes to bed - my letdown is slower and my supply is lower, so the morning is most effective for me!

I get about 8-10 oz. in the morning when I first wake up.  I pump 3x at work and get about 4-4.5 oz. per session.  DS eats about 15-20 oz. while I'm gone.

I pump 6x/day and get 18-22oz.  I'll be going back to work next week so I won't be able to pump as often.  Hoping my supply will hold.  I'm already eating oatmeal every morning and taking More Milk Plus.

DD drinks about 14 ounces while I am at work.  I pump about 8 ounces.  Then right before I go to bed I pump an extra session to total 12 ounces for the day.  I still do that nightly pumping even on my days off, so I figure it kinda evens out over the course of a week.

Can I not pump this much because LO is so young?  I'd love to get 12 oz a day and really can't- more like 8.

I pump 3x/day while at work and get 6-8oz each time.  I usually stop pumping at 6oz though, regardless of how much I could pump.

Can you feel yourself let down to the pump?  I find that having a pic of DS, something that smells like him, and a comfortable place to pump greatly helps things along.
