yay progress finally!!

Almost 39 1/2 weeks and I'm finally 1cm dilated and 80% efface finally...yay for progress! Have been having really strong contractions and have been feeling very sick since last night. Anyone have a little extra labor dust? Maybe my baby girl will decide to come this weekend.
