thirsties CS rave!

After a couple of uses I noticed that our new Thirsties Duo Diaper was leaking out through the front snaps.  I went online to Thirsties website, sent them an email with all the information they ask for, got a response the next day where they sent me a pre-paid label to return it, put the package in the mail, and got a replacement diaper in the mail. 

I wish I could remember how long the process took from start to finish but it didn't seem like long at all (maybe a week and a half), and it was completely hassle-free.  They rock!

I got a cover from Abby's lane that was missing a row of snaps, first off Abby's lane was really sorry they miss it when sending it out to me. 

2nd they called thirsties who said it would be fastest for them (thirsties) to send me a return label and send out a new cover.  Abby's lane made sure I didn't feel like they were just passing me off ect, which I knew they weren't.  As they had call thirsites and the lady was waiting for my call

I got the label that day and put it in the mail, I'm still waiting for the new cover but this just all happened Tuesday.  

Abby's lane and thirsties both have great CS!
