wool for dummies

I live in Florida, so it's hot here (shocker!).

What is your favorite type of wool for hot weather?

I live in Phoenix, so ditto the hot weather.  We LOVE our sbish interlock.  I also have crocheted several skirties and soakers that are nice.  Really, wool is breathable as can be, and DS never seems too hot.  We also run around an awful lot in wool and a t-shirt or dress.  It actually seems better than when we used to try a cover with PUL.  She got sweaty and yucky.
