Hey there shortie
I never pictured you as being short! Just from your profile pic and the Facebook pics, you never seemed short to me!
It is always so weird to me how we (at least it is a "we" and not a "me") imagine what people on these boards would look like and are usually wrong!
BTW--I'm short too..

Re: *roselln2*
I know! I'm a shorty! My father is 5'10" or 5'11", and my mom is 5'5.5", so I guess I'm just a freak. Just kidding. My maternal grandmother is also 4'11". At least I'm tall enough that when I stand up, my feet can touch the ground (har har). That's something my dad always used to say. My husband is 5'8" or 5'9", so he's a normal height without looking to freakily taller than me.
I don't mind being short... Short people have better hiding places.
Everyone in my family is tall but I was a preemie baby and just never got really big--I was only 16 inches when I was born.
My DH is 6'3 though...a full foot taller than me. I always wear heels...ha!

Wow! That's tall! Aren't you worried that your nose will get stuck in his belly button when you hug him?
How early were you? I think I was a bit late, but I can't remember what my parents told me.
Ahh it happens all the time--after 4 years, no big deal any more
I was about 2 months early...16 inches long and I weighed 4 pounds 6 ounces. I was born the end of October and for my first Christmas I wore a Cabbage Patch Doll dress and it was big on me.

Wow! You were a little peanut!
I remember when I was in 6th grade I had gone to the dentist. I was complaining to the dentist about how short I was. The dentist said he could do an x-ray of my thumb, which would tell me if I was done growing (apparently, there are bones in your thumb that once they grow together, you are about done). My bones were already closed! So, basically, I've been this height (although not the same size... boo!) since 6th grade.
Hmmm that's very interesting!
I'd bet I haven't grown much since 6th grade either..
