I am just wondering if there are any ladies in the Essex/Dundalk area? I just moved here with my b/f a from Columbia a few months back and do not know anyone in this area. I am feeling very alone here not to mention scared and confused as I will be expecting my first child in November. Anyone interested in chatting please email me at amandapanda021986 at gmail dot com.
Thanks Guys!

Re: essex area?
Im in Essex.....MIddleborough, near the Riverwatch.
I have a 1 yo and a 3yo. I THINK there are maybe 1 or 2 on the Baltimore Nest in Dundalk.
Hello! Welcome to the Baltimore Nest board.
I am just outside of Dundalk and have a 1 yr old and a 14 yr old...yes I am crazy..ha ha.
Hey!
Thank you both so much for your responses as I was truly brginning to think I was all alone out here. I mean of course I know that I am not completely alone however having just recently moved to this area and knowing not a single soul I just feel very alone most of the time not to mention this is my very first pregnancy and I am freaking out. I am 13 weeks along and I was hoping that by this time I would have been a little more at ease and/or accepting of this whole thing but I am more stressed out, scared and confused than ever. I fear that anything and everything I am doing is going to/is hurting my baby in some way and that I am going to be a bad mother somehow. I am terrified at the changes my body is going through and so fast and being unemployed currently of course finances are a major issue. I guess I am just looking for some support and/or feedback from others; reassurance that this truly is going to be ok and that I am not completely crazy for having all these fears. I was also wondering if you ladies knew of any support groups and/or parenting classes etc in this area that I might be able to access? I really appreciate all your feedback and I hope that maybe we can get to know and/or support one another further in the future!
Take Care
Amanda
Being pregnant is a scary time--so many things happening to your body and then you read so much stuff that scares you. Just try to enjoy your pregnancy, it goes by so fast. I know it doesn't seem like that now though..ha ha. What hospital are you delivering at? I'm not really familiar with any support groups in the area but you can always check out the hospital you are going to. If you have any questions or just want someone to talk about your pregnancy or whatever, send me a PM and I'd be happy to talk.
You will really like this group of girls on here. There is also the Baltimore Nest board which has a lot more traffic so you should stop over there.
Also, when you have your baby, those with babies/children do get together once a month for a play group so hopefully you can join us when you have your little one.
