Ok, so I had that spotting and red bleeding last weekend, went in last Monday, saw the baby and heartbeat, but baby was measuring 2w2d behind. So I have my follow-up u/s today to see how the baby has grown.
I had been feeling really good about it because I think I realized why I have the spotting/bleeding--it seems to start when I have to strain to have a BM (it's not coming from my rectum though). Started again just this last Friday, but it's all been just brown spotting. Then yesterday my lower back was hurting waaay more than usual and I had abdominal cramping which was also more than normal. I also had much more brown spotting than I have the last few days. I've had menstrual-like cramps pretty much the whole pregnancy which my OB said was normal, but last night it was more painful. It even woke me up in the middle of the night. And I swear my right ovary was pulsating--it hurt a lot. It wasn't sharp pains or anything, just more intense than normal. I took a couple Tylenol and finally got some sleep.
I know it's not an ectopic pg because I've had an u/s and the baby is in the uterus. I think I am being more nervous than necessary, but I still am. I can't wait for my appt but at the same time I'm so nervous!
There's just so much conflicting info out there. Lower back pain is normal...but can be a symptom of m/c.....brown spotting is normal...but can be a symptom of m/c.....abdominal cramping is normal...but can be a symptom of m/c. Err! So irritating.
Okay, vent over...thanks for reading and keep your fingers crossed for me. TIA
