Infertility

Told my mom about our IF today

I dont like to talk about personal things with my mom normally. We dont see eye-to-eye and she doesnt believe in medicine (im a RN), so we dont agree on much. My parent paid a couple credit cards off for me before we built our house and I pay them monthly for the money that I owe them. I have been having trouble making the payments to them as our IF is completely draining us of all funds because we are OOP. My parents have been letting on that they think we are being irresponsible with money because we arent paying them on time. For the past year we have been saying "if next cycle isnt it then we will tell them".... well I broke down and told. It was awkward and hard and my mom doesnt understand the urgency that we are in treatment now but at least she knows. We will see what happens from here....

and why do I instantly ball my eyes out when I have to come out and tell someone about IF?!

Because it's incredibly emotional and you don't deserve to go thru it! Let me know if you want to talk. I'll be online until about 11 :) xoxo
