Sick for 2 weeks

What can I do to get rid of DS's cold???? We have done EVERYTHING the DR said just let it go, but it has been forever and he just seems miserable.  Anyone know of any tricks?

DD is on her 3rd cold this season...normally it takes 2 weeks for her to recover! Hang in there.
