We've never been and are taking DD on saturday as we'll be in the city for a bridal shower. I know you can call and schedule to have lunch there, but I imagine it may already be filled and uber crazy on weekends.  Plus, that may be something I want to save for a special occasion, like her b-day.

Is there anything else there that we should call in advance to do if we don't opt to do the lunch?  We'll be going to the store so A can pick out a doll (thanks to her new uncle who loves to get her gifts) and can't wait to walk all around.

We've been there 3 or 4 times now (Chicago) and we've only had to make the reservations for lunch.  Which is wonderful!   Have a great time, it is one of my girls favorite things to do!

So fun!  We have gone for lunch the last 2 years.  But, we have not made a reservation for any other stuff and still have fun just wandering around and shopping.  Enjoy!

The only other thing I can think of is getting her dolls hair done--But I am guessing since she's picking out one, that it's probably her first.  It's so fun!  I've been to the one in Chicago & that was fabulous!  One just opened here in Denver & it's fun too but it's not like the big ones!

um, just bring your credit card!!!!!! We took E on her 4th b-day and she loved it. She went crazy picking out a bunch of things.  We did not have lunch but I think you can have tea. There was a counter at ours (Natick) and seating. We went during the week though.  A will love it!
