How much did you dc eat?

OK so my little hungry deamons have been very hungry lately and DH wants to increase their bottles again, we just did two days ago.

How many oz was your DC eating at about 2 months actual?

 

Sorry if this seems like a stupid questions, i BF on demand with DD so this whole bottle thing is new.

    He was up to 70mL when we'd give him a bottle of bm. So a little over 2 oz.

    Lily is taking between 3 and 4 oz.  Sometimes she is acting like she wants more, but she spits up if I over feed her so 3-4 seems to be the magic number right now.

    DS is 9 weeks and taking 5-6 oz - we wonder if he's hit a growth spurt b/c he's wakes after about 2 hours of sleep to eat that much again.

    THIS! We actually had a doc appointment today (she's 2 months and 6 days) and he said we can bump her up to 75mls (2.5oz) since she still looks hungry after 2oz. She's a little piglet for a 6lb, 12oz baby, lol!

    our daughter's doc said the formula for how much they eat it 1-1.5 times their weight in kilograms (drop the last number)

    So DD is 12 lb which is 5443 kilograms - so she should be eating between 544 and  816 ccs (there are 30 ccs to an ounce) so that's 18 to 27 ounces per day...

     Sorry for the long drawn out explanation :)
