    I read a lot about Vitex. It helps regulate hormone production and can help return fertility. I talked to my doctor and have been taking that (and a B6 supplement) for about two weeks. I definitely think it's working. I've been feeling kinda like my old self for a little bit and now I've got fertile CM and I had a couple positive OPKs today.
