Re: OK ladies, I need your help
I only have queasiness (no puking), but those acupressure bands for the wrists have helped quite a bit with that.
So sorry you're having such a rough time!
My m/s is still going strong, but here are the things that seem to help me (sometimes):
Citrus: I eat a lot of oranges, I even sucked on a lemon once!
Ginger candies or gum (these seem to be by far the most helpful)
Eating small snacks throughout the day so my stomach doesn't get too empty.
Getting up from bed slowly (Oh, and I have small snacks next to my bed to eat before I get up- plain cheerios, usually)
I take my dHA in the morning, and PNV with food at night - so I can try to sleep through the queasiness.
I think that's it, good luck, I hope you're feeling better soon!
Agreed...don't let yourself get hungry. That's when it hits me the worst!
And citrus seems to work too. I love the Bryer's Natural Real Fruit bars in orange flavor.
