moms of very active babies!
Just wondering what is your daily routine like?
DS is such an active little guy, basicaly when he wakes up in the morning he nurses, then I let him down to crawl around and explore and play with his toys and books. They're dispersed in 'stations' around our apartment so he can crawl to them and pull out what toys or books he likes. Then after his breakfast he has his morning nap, and after his nap I take him in his stroller for a walk to our local coffee shop. Then when we get home it's his lunch time. Then he has his 2nd nap after nursing. Then once he wakes up again it's crawling around our place exploring. Then finally he has his last nap of the day around 3pm, wakes up for more exploring then din din at 6:30 and bed time at 7:30! I try to read him a book once a day too but he isn't very interested in sitting still long enough to read it! haha. The only really "interactive" time I get with him is his nursing times, meal times, changing and he likes to watch me spin his fisher price rings on our coffee table.

Re: moms of very active babies!
Our day is pretty similar actually. He gets up, I let him play a bit, we have breakfast, play some more, nap, lunch, play/go out (if the weather is good), nap, play, dinner, play, bedtime routine.
Most of the playing is him wandering around between rooms, getting into everything not locked or out of reach. Right now I'm watching him cruise the furniture, gnawing on a plastic Atlanta Bread Co. kid's meal cup.

Hehehehe cute. DS is napping right now. Yeah he cruises and crawls all over our place. It's mostly baby-proof but there are a couple areas I have to go retrieve him from haha. I had to make my own crib-rail covers (just cut up a couple old recieving blankets to tie them) because he's been chewing the HECK out of his crib! Little grooves all along the sides in the nice dark cherry stain :-( Haha! Stinker.
