Will prenatal mess up my UA?

I've tried to take my prenatal at night but I always forget so I have to take it in the morning.  I spend the rest of the day peeing neon yellow (i think I'm just peeing it out).  I have my first round of labs today (I am w/ a midwife at a birth center and she partners with a OBGYN clinic so I have seperate appts for my labs).  Will the vitamins mess with the UA w/ culture they are doing today?  Anyone had the nurse/doctor say anything about this at your appointments?

I am a med tech, so I actually run the UAs, and though your urine has turned neon yellow it should not effect it.

You pee neon after multi's because of the excess of  B vitamins. B vitamins are water soluble so whatever you don't absorb will be excreted. The B vitamins will not effect the cultures.
