I am totally jinxing myself, but DD never spits up.
My godson was just here visiting me and he spit up 3 times. I can count on one hand how many times DD spit up. DH and I were in some strange little bubble.
My LO not only spits up but projectile vomits... we are thankful that the older he seems to move to more spit up and less vomit... he is always a mess.

Yes. DD has reflux and used to not spit up unless we laid her flat, but then once she hit 6 mos and started crawling she started spitting up more frequently. It isn't that often, but she still does it.

My MIL was holding her last night during dinner at a nice restaurant and she barfed all over her. lol Kaitlyn had just gorged herself on about 6 oz of BM and I think she must have thrown up at least half of it. It still makes me giggle thinking about it.

Yes, but not super, super bad (he's never had to have his clothes changed because of it or wear a bib) and it didn't bother him. He loved tummy time, so that's when he mostly did it. We always had burp cloths on the floor under him.
He will occasionally spit-up about a quarter sized amount now, but the spit-up slowed down when he started sitting.
When DD was younger (4 mo or less) she used to cover me, herself, the chair, everything. It felt like she was puking up her whole bottle. Turns out it was reflux. Once we started solids around 4 mo it got SO much better. Now she hardly ever does it anymore, and if she does it is a small amount.
LO used to hardly spit up at all. Two to three weeks ago, he started spitting up ALL THE TIME. At least when he's sitting or on his tummy which now is pretty much all the time. =(
Yes, All The Time! Especially last night after DH had the brilliant idea to let her eat some frosting and cake. That was not good and smelled horrible!! She does have reflux. Some days are good and other days it seems like almost every 2 min.
Re: Did/Does your LO spit up?
