    We always BBQ steak.

    But I don't toucht the BBQ..that's FI's job.

    we had these this weekend and they were so yummy - we use "rosa's recipe (a medley of italian type seasonings and garlic) and coke for marinating and then we grill them...we have also dumped them in a pan on the stove and just sauteed them up..so if you don't have a grill I would vote for that! broiling always leaves things too dry for me...
