Does anyone have a showstopping recipe for pork tenderloin that doesn't involve browning it on the stovetop first? I have an excellent recipe for ginger-marinated pork tenderloin, but you must brown it first, and I will be making this for DD's bday party, so I don't want to have to scrub down my entire kitchen 30 minutes before guests arrive.
I guess the follow-up question here is, can I make my regular recipe and just not brown it first? Or is there a way to brown the meat that doesn't involve splattering grease 3 feet in all directions?
Having parties and houseguests is so much work! I feel like I'm going to be in the kitchen all week.

This is my absolute favorite - https://www.tasteofhome.com/Recipes/Spinach-Stuffed-Pork-Tenderloin
And this one is good too, probably more of the flavor you were going to oridinally use - https://www.tasteofhome.com/Recipes/Teriyaki-Pork-Tenderloin-2 - I've also done this one in the crockpot.
This one is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I make it, I don't brown it first. I tie the 2 slabs together with cotton twine, rub it down with a little olive oil, salt and pepper it, then sprinkle on fresh rosemary. The olive oil helps keep the moisture in without browning it first, I think.
