1st Trimester

Trying to force down breakfast...

Started to feel slightly nauseous yesterday and woke up feeling the same way this morning.  I know they say to eat frequently to curb the queasy feeling but it's hard to eat when you feel sick!  Any suggestions?

  • Try to eat small meals/snacks like toast, crackers, etc, about every 2 hours or so.

  • Can you try to eat crackers or something like that first?  I eat 1-2 crackers first thing that helps then I eat breakfast.
