So I just got my BFP yesterday and I'm not really sure what I can do. I have been on WW the past few months and doing well. I am still overweight and dont want to use this as an excuse to binge. I think I just wanna shoot for maintaining my weight for a while.
What do you ladies do as far as regulating your diet?
Re: any dieters???
I'm trying really hard to healthy-up my diet a little more. (more fruits/veggies/ less sugar) and my goal is to get 30-60 minutes of cardio in every day. (mostly walking or walking/jogging). I also intend to do light strength training 3-4 times a week, alternating between abs and back, and legs/arms.
The biggest challenge for me is going to be eating. I love to eat and I too don't want to use this as an excuse to binge eat. Good Luck!
This. I'm pretty sure they have a plan for pregnant women.
I believe WW has a program for pregnancy and nursing. You adjust your points a little bit based on what trimester you are in. . . I would check with your counselor or on the WW website.
I use babyfit -- www.babyfit.com. This helps me track calories and exercise, though I'llbe honest, I find their caloric intake to be on the high side. I adjust 200-400 calories down and try to maintain that range in 1st tri. For me, the biggest issue is reigning in my uncontrollable hunger. I do this by having an apple or salad with a big glass of water 20-30 minutes before each meal.

My problem is making sure I am eating enough and what I eat is good for me. I think maintenance is a good strategy for you. And weight watchers is not really a diet as much as portion control so I say go ahead and stay on it. If you are hungry eat, try to grab something good. Good luck and congratulations!
If you're concerned about maintaining a healthy diet while pregnant, I would suggest talking to your doctor about a referral to a nutritionist. Most doctors would not recommend trying to lose weight while pregnant, but rather focus on getting all the dietary requirements.
I quit WW right before I got my BFP. Unless something has altered drastically since March, my WW leader made it very very clear you were not to be on the points program if you were pregnant. Nursing, yes. Pregnant, no.
I agree with PP who said to follow Filling Foods instead of FlexPoints.
I asked my doc about following WW's 8 Healthy Guidelines while pregnant and she thought it was a good idea, just not actively limiting my caloric intake. It's more important that your baby gets the nutrients it needs rather than you not going over your daily points.
I make sure I get enough protein, fruits and veggies, healthy fats, take my vitamins, get exercise and drink my water every day. I don't keep track of how many points that is.
Good luck!
Unable to even.

You don't understand the appeal of Benedict Cumberbatch / think he's fug / don't know who he is? WATCH SHERLOCK. Until you do, your negative opinion of him will not be taken seriously.
Could you ask your doc for a referral to a nutritionist? Has you doc given you a target weight gain amount?
Typically you are advised to get about 300 extra calories daily during pregnancy, but if you are on a lower calorie diet I'm not sure how that would work.
I've heard WW has a program for nursing moms, but that's still geared toward weight loss.
